1. Welcome Scotty as new member
2. Select Leadership Team Facilitator and Recorder for 2014-2015 ( Jeff will continue as facilitator, Nicole will be recorder).
3. What is ESU #17 and where are we headed? Feedback from January 2014 Staff Meeting regarding Vision.
   1. Propose a new Vision Statement for approval consideration at August 8 Staff Meeting (Propose the statement on line #5 - transform current educational practices to revive a passion for learning, empowering students through innovative, individualized and inquiry based learning.)
   2. It's not just a trendy catchphrase. What "connects" with the function, role, purpose, and direction of ESU #17?
4. Required Actions - discuss current status, future activity, and documentation needed for the May 1 progress report due to AdvancED
   1. 2.6 Initiate a comprehensive evaluation process for all personnel; certificated and classified.
      1. Review/Finalize Evaluation Forms (teacher, specialist)
      2. Review Self-Assessment Form (all employees)
      3. Review Goal Setting Form (all employees)
   2. 5.1 Develop and initiate an evaluation process of programs and service to determine the impact on student and adult learning, cost-benefit analysis and the overall effectiveness of the agency.
   3. 5.2 Collect and analyze trend data that is synthesized and reported to determine the effectiveness of professional development opportunities, technology support and those designated programs related to improving student engagement and learning.
5. Review AdvancED Action Plans and assign to departments for follow-up action, creating the beginning of action plans:
